Secificities:
Spindle drive is belt type, maximum speed: 4000rpm (standard).
The standard configuration of tool holder is row of knives.
The spindle is A2-5 set of simple spindle, with high rigidity.
Chuck clamping device for the hydraulic cylinder with simple clamp, optional hydraulic chuck.
The electrical box adopts the internal isolation design, which separates the heat source part of the controller to avoid outside dust entering the box; the rear side uses a fan to dissipate heat for the fan heat plate.
The second axis adopts high-precision ball screw, combined with precision nut pre-pressure and end pre-pull device.
Ensure that the backlash and thermal deformation of the machine are kept at a low value for a long time.
X, Z axis adopts linear guide rail, with high rigidity, low noise, low friction, can do fast displacement and get the best cycle accuracy.
